Christmas Order Deadlines:
November 20: Items we need to order from our suppliers.
December 4: Items we already have in stock, including customer-supplied items which must be dropped off by this date.
Not sure whether we have something in stock? Just ask! We're happy to confirm availability before you place your order.
Engraving Turnaround Times
Our regular turnaround is a minimum of 5 business days, increasing to 10 business days during December. Items we need to order from suppliers may take up to 2 additional weeks to arrive before engraving can begin.
Turnaround times begin once we have your items and your artwork has been approved.
Christmas Closure: December 21, 2026 - January 6th, 2027.
